When compared to an authentic designer gown, a copy is inferior in construction, quality and fit. We have received many calls from frantic customers, asking us for our help because a gown they ordered over the Internet was not what they expected.

Buying gowns on the Internet for a discount is a gamble.
Purchasing from an unauthorized retailer on the internet presents many problems including the following reported issues:

• Receiving the incorrect size gown.
• Receiving the incorrect color gown.
• No Support from the unauthorized website retailer you purchased the gown through.
• A gown being damaged in the shipping process.
• Losing money to any website that has gone out of business.
